To show our support of this amazing charity, not only do we dress up on Onesie Day to see who can look the best, but we get out there and collect on the streets.

“Working with the charity sector makes me feel happy. Helping them do more, reach more, help more people is part of who I am.”

In 2017 our relationship began with Wellington Free Ambulance. The first campaign was an appeal letter. At that first meeting, our Account Manager Stephanie discussed what Wellington Free Ambulance's goals were for the year. Regular Giving programmes, cost savings, email comms and more. What was stopping them? People power. What could we do to help? We mocked up automated systems for email onboarding, scanning of surveys for data capture, print management and more.

Our relationship with the team at Wellington Free Ambulance goes way beyond assisting with campaigns and regular communications with their supporters. We are an extension of their team and are proud to be the Principal Sponsor of their Annual Charity Golf Day.

Western Mailing works with Wellington Free Ambulance on personalised appeals, data integrity, offset and digital print, reports, newsletters, posters, stickers, invites and anything else that they need us to source so that their hours go further. We know their brand and how important it is to get it right.

Managing print allows us to manage and negotiate timeframes and provides a seamless artwork to mail solution.

Donor communications and regular giving e-program and print turnarounds are measured to set SLAs.

All teams at Wellington Free Ambulance call on Western Mailing for anything and everything. We pride ourselves on being there as an extension of their team.
